At the start of the year auditions were held to join Fairhaven's new Hip Hop Crews,  the children had to do a move to try and get in.

Two groups where chosen and they called themselves the Tamafreakie's and the D.C.A's ( Dream Strive and Achieve) Every Thursday and Friday they practice with some high school helpers that come and spend some time teaching them 7 dance's. WOW that's a lot, I know I cant do that many dances. And it costs $70 and that's a lot of money. On the 13/5/10 there was a competition at Baycourt and it was great !

D.S.A came 2nd,and the Tamafreakies came 3rd.

Tswsssamafreakies  are Grace, Ivan, Nikkita,Whana, Jade,Cassandra,Maziah,Claudia, Unique,Lauren
