| Some people like cross country but it's
not my thing! But everyone has to participate. Every year we have
cross country in the second term. If you're like me and don't enjoy
running you might want to do some training. Let's start of with the walk
method is simple: After you've warmed -up with a 5 minute
walk for segment and then take a walk break. keep repeating your walk
pattern until you've covered your goal distance or time. You should
see some improvement. Look at how well we did this week! The weather was perfect and our training paid off! |
